I got to hang out and snap some great images of Aly and her mom and dad this afternoon. It was beautiful despite the thunderstorms early this morning. This little girl is full of joy! I had a great time! Thanks guys!
I made this little elephant onesie for Ava. I haven't sewn much lately and was home sick today with a touch of the flu so had a bit of time to sew this little guy. I messed up on it a lot and was really irritated with myself but actually when it is all said and done I think my little mishaps actually give it some character
More pictures to come but just wanted to post a few tonight. We had a great little mini vacation this past Easter weekend. We went to Branson to visit Heather's parents. It was a blast! She has an amazing family. So loving! Family is so important to them and it is evident. Her parents couldn't get enough of Jack and Ava. They were kissing on them all weekend!! We immediately felt like part of the family! We went antique shopping, had Starbucks, hunted and painted easter eggs, saw a show, played 'hillbilly horseshoes'(definitely pictures to follow!!) roasted wieners and marshmallows, sung around the campfire, napped, ate lots of ham, rode go-karts and so much more. It was really a great weekend. These are just a few pictures of us down at the river. It was beautiful Saturday. We walked to the old downtown where they have a huge outdoor shopping area and a gorgeous riverfront.
