{Brotherhood Tree}

We helped deliver Christmas gifts to children that otherwise wouldn't have gifts today with the WJBC Brotherhood Tree.
Jack and Ava were really excited to 'give to the kids"(Jack) and to "give my friends presents" (Ava).
I was so proud of both of them! Jack wanted to go up to every house. And was beaming as he gave each family their bag of gifts.
We decided we are going to make this a tradition each and every year.
Thank you to Aunt Becky too for going with us. You were a huge help!!! Especially when I almost had a heart attack after being chased by a pitbull!! (And for not making fun of me while I cried when I got back to the van!!!)

{A visit with S.A.N.T.A.}

Santa came for a visit again this year. The kids were so excited! And then of course when he got here they got all nervous. Jack did eventually sit on his lap and was comfortable and playful with him. Emma sat on his lap with her daddy and talked to him a little bit. Ava danced for him and talked to him from a distance but she did not want to sit on his lap or go near him at all! LOL.

My little tiny baby turns 3 today! My life just would not be the same without her in it! I am in awe of this little spirited person every single day.
So glad we were chosen to be her parents!
